This is an old open pollinated corn (non-GMO, non- Hybrid) variety that makes excellent corn meal and corn flour.  Truckers White corn in slighty sweet and in my opinion makes the best corn bread, muffins and other baked goods that you can find anywhere.  Grown at Copper Horse Farm in our regererative farm system with absolulty no chemicals.   Shipped in air-tight resealable stang-up bag for maximum shelf life and ease of storage.
