At Copper Horse Farm we decided to go back in time.  We farm without the use of any chemicals.  We have developed our grains from seed that has remained unchanged for many hundreds of years.  We mill our ancient grains on antique stone mills.  We offer you the exact same food that your ancestors ate hundreds and thousands of years ago, cultivated and processed exactly as was done back then.  We take our health, your health and the health of the land seriously.   Give us a try and discover what real food tastes like.
